Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery times vary by product and location, but most UK orders arrive within 3–5 working days.

A: Yes — we offer free standard UK delivery on all orders unless otherwise stated. However, remote areas may incur delivery surcharge.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

Q: I didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?
A: Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, email us with your name and order details.

Returns & Refunds
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: You have 14 days from the delivery date to return unused items in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Q: How do I return a product?
A: Email us at info@riderswarehouse.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Q: Do your e-bikes and scooters come with a warranty?
A: Yes — all our electric bikes and scooters come with a manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise stated.
Q: What does the warranty cover?
A: The warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Q: Can I buy spare parts or accessories?
A: Yes — we offer a range of replacement parts, chargers, and accessories. Contact us and we’ll try to source it for you.

E-Bike & Scooter Use
Q: Are your e-scooters road legal in the UK?
A: Privately owned e-scooters are not currently legal for use on UK public roads, pavements, or cycle lanes. They are legal on private land with the landowner’s permission. E-bikes that meet UK standards are road legal.
Q: How far can your bikes or scooters go on a full charge?
A: Range varies by model, weight, terrain, and weather — but typically:

Q: How long does it take to charge?
A: Charging time depends on the battery size but usually ranges from 4 to 7 hours.
