3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).

  • We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Union Pay and Discover.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is received and you receive an order confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, but delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a Money Back Guarantee on unused items returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been inspected and approved.

All our electric scooters and e-bikes come with a manufacture warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This does not cover:
