📦 Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard UK Delivery: Most courier services offer 48-hour delivery for heavier packages.

  • Order Cut-off Time:

    • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are processed same working day.

    • Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed on the next working day.

    • Orders placed after 12:00 PM Friday are processed on the following Monday.

  • Extended Delivery: Some items may require 2–5 working days, depending on your location and courier service.

  • Remote Area Delivery: For addresses in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man, deliveries may take 2–3 additional working days.


🚚 Courier & Tracking

  • All shipments are handled by insured, reputable UK courier companies.

  • A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

  • If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of ordering, please contact our support team.


Delays

  • While 48-hour delivery is our standard, this is not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to:

    • Peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales events)

    • Courier backlogs

    • Weather disruptions or public health events (e.g., Covid-19)

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once your order has been dispatched.


🛑 Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of order.

  • If a delivery is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, re-delivery costs may apply.

  • If you miss your delivery, the courier will typically leave a card or attempt redelivery.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

  • Items returned under our Money Back Guarantee must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • Returned with all original packaging and materials

  • Items not meeting these requirements will be processed under our warranty policy.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


⚠️ Remote Area Surcharge:

Certain UK regions (including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man) may incur additional delivery fees due to courier surcharges. If your postcode falls into one of these areas, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional charges or delivery time adjustments.
